From Athens to Switzerland, need advices

Hi,

Air options from ATH:

BASEL BSL on PEGASUS Air
GENEVA GVA on BABOO Air
ZURICH ZRH on GERMANWINGS

By coach from Milano Malpensa airport

With the opening of the new international airport Malpensa, several companies have begun to offer direct coach service to Lugano, which may be more convenient than going through Milano Central Station.

Air Pullmann Bus Express runs coaches from bus stop 19, off exit 4 of Terminal 1 (free shuttle bus service is available every ten minutes between terminal 1 and 2) at 9:00 and then every even hour + 30 minutes (10:30 until 20:30). These buses take you to Lugano train station in 70 minutes.
Flycar runs buses at bus stop 22 of Terminal 1 at 9:40, 10:40, and 18:40. They take you to Lugano train station in 90 minutes.

By train from Milano:

At Malpensa airport you should take the "Malpensa Bus Express" which leaves in front of exit 6 of Terminal 1, at bus stop 3 every 20 minutes (x:10, x:30, x:50; free shuttle bus service is available every ten minutes between terminal 1 and 2) and which takes you to Milano Central Station in 70 minutes.

From there trains leave (almost) every hour + 25 minutes to Bellinzona where they arrive two hours later.

Thanks! My flight from Athens to Milan is going to arrive at 17:05. From Milan Malpensa airport, I will need to get to Milano Centrale and leave at 19:20. Do you think for 2 hr and 15 mins I can go from the airport to the station in time for my train? From then I will take the last train back to Bern, Switzerland.

I'm not familiar with traffic in Milano, but that sounds like rush hour to me. I'd suggest you have a backup plan if you don't connect with that train.

Where can I find information about going from Malpensa to Lugano, Switzerland? Is there a website I can see the time table for Air Pullman bus and flycar? Thanks!
