Sounds good, my first overseas trip was on my own and I loved doing it that way I only visited one country though, the USA, managed to see 13 different states though and include some wonderful experiences that I'd always dreamed about - eg. the Grand Canyon, staying on a dude ranch, and experiencing the Native American culture. Travelling independantly is the only way you will truely be free to explore the world as you want to. I now have a husband, and while we have some wonderful travel experiences together, we've both at times had to compromise for each other!! I can offer you advice on NZ (I am a Kiwi myself), Aussie and the USA, so if you have any specific questions about these countries let me know

Sounds good to me! I would love to see as much of the states as possible at some point, but my interest at the moment is definitely seeing as much as possible.
