I used Trailfinders. They charge for the service but they know the staff at the embassy. Burma embassy is notorious for delays and losing visa's. In my opinion its worth paying trailfinders to sort it for you. They'll also know what to avoid putting on the form in terms of professions the Burmese Government don't like.
