Check out "ArkaBarka Hostel" on Google.
It's a reeeeeally cool floating hostel on the middle of a massive lake, just on the outskirts of the city. Gorgeous place to stay, really reasonable prices and you get freee coffee and toast in the morning.
It's about 20-30min to the centre of Belgrade if you don't mind a bit of a walk.
