Yes I know what you mean, it's a real pain being restricted to only 2 at the most 3 weeks in one go to do all that traveling you are so passionate to do. I remember that when I worked, I'm retired now and the freedom is the most amazing thing.
Anyhow back to your question yes you can do this trip as per your itinerary, I always think you need a minimum of 2 nights in any one place the get that full days looking around. However because of the miles of air travel you are doing you need to take into account the tiredness you will be feeling and the time after a long flight when the only thing you can do for sanity is go to bed.
LA is not what you might expect Hollywood in parts is run down, check out downtown and Rodeo drive take the bus to Malibu, Zuma beach is great to see the kite and windsurfers.We found a campsite overlooking the beach it was beautiful.
Las Vegas you don't have to spend a fortune on accommodation we rented an apartment for 5 nights just off strip. Take in a show if you can afford it, there are tickets shops where you can buy discounted tickets. Oh yes the budget meals in the casinos you can get some good food and you don't have to gamble.
Don't forget to check out for any Visas you may need!
Shop around for insurance, for our 12 month trip we went with World Normads and they paid out for dentistry work while I was traveling.
Paris, I love the Louvre, this is one fantastic museum it will take hours to get around but well worth a visit even for half a day and it's not expensive. Just walk around take in the sites and smells of this great city and stop of for a glass of wine.
London Most of the museums are free, the National Gallery if you like art is free, Catch a bus to Camden market. Get some good walking shoes on and just walk around.
Singapore airport is an amazing place glass and chrome seeing is believing. We stayed in an hostel for 3 nights what a place in the suburbs we had a four poster bed with en-suit and breakfast service. Never been in a hostel like it, however we needed another night and they were booked up so had to stay in the centre and the hostel was terrible. Singapore is the rich relative to Malaysia, workers travel here each day to earn a better wage.
Check out credit and debit cards for fees on cash withdrawal abroad this can be different from home. If you are away for any length of time drip feed funds from savings into current account by setting up standing orders.
If you need to do Internet banking make sure you get a secure site.

LA - Hollywood Sign, See famous peoples houses on a tour of some sort, Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach, Universal Studios, Disney Land, California Adventure Park (next to Disney Land), Hollywood Hills (where famous people walk the family dogs and is a great place to see the sunset over the city), Hollywood Walk of Fame and heaps more.
Las Vegas - Casinos, Casino's and more Casino's, Bellagio water fountain is interesting to watch it dance to the music, a scaled down replica of Eiffel Tower (go there after dark to the lookout and watch the Bellagio fountain from above), the Fremont Experience (is in a bit of a dodgy part of town but is an interesting place) and that's about it in Las Vegas. Outside of Las Vegas you have various canyons and valley's such as the Grand Canyon, Death Valley, Bryce Cance and Zion Canyon. Most of those are far more interesting than anything in Las Vegas unless you just are going there to gamble.
Tahiti - it is all about relaxation. I haven't been and at over $1,000 a night for a nice place to stay, I think it will stay on my places to go if I ever win tattslotto.
Paris - Eiffel Tower, Lourve, Arc De Triomphe and Notre Dame amongst hundreds of others of things.
London - Big Ben, Tower Of London, House of Parliament, Buckingham Palace (will only be able to see from the outside at that time of year), Trafalgar Square, British Museum, piccadilly circus (go and see some theatre production in that area), Tower Bridge (that is far more spectacular than London Bridge, London Eye and heaps more.
Dubai - You have to do a desert safari. If you feel like spending up big you can have high tea at the Burj Al Arab Hotel which is the only 7 star hotel in the world, but this comes at a rediculous expense. Burj Khalifa (world's tallest building at over 800 metres high and it has a lookout which you can pay to go up to but you have to allocate a time), Dubai Mall (shopping centre with 1200 specialty shops selling everything from small lollies to bars of gold!), Mall of Emirates (has an indoor ski field as well as a lot of shops), Atlantis the Palm hotel has an amazing lobby and further down it has the lost world aquarium, but to get there you either need to be going to the water park or be a paying guest. They have security checking your room key every 20 or so metres, so it is very secure! On one of the nights you should go to the Burj Khalifa which is at Dubai Mall and watch the amazing water fountain. It is a similar one to that of the Bellagio only it something like 15 times as large.
Singapore - Sentosa Island, Orchid Road (main shopping road), Raffles hotel, china town. Thos are a few of the things there, but many others exist as well.
Then after that you are back to reality (the bit that sucks majorly on any holiday).
