You can look here on web if you find some hotels. But if I can propose, it is better to go to Essaouira than to Agadir. In Agadair there are only many hotels but not so much to see. Souk is nice but that is the all to see. While Essaouira is old city with Medina and Portuguese fortress.
If you not want to make a bath only, in that case Agadir is better with long beach. In Essaouria there is beach too but a little more windy, it is good for to surf.
Agadir will be hot in the summer although year round the climate is lovely. If you want a really good beach then go to Agadir and to the towns just North, especially Agrou beach. The Agadir beach itself is good, but crowded. Essaouira has the advantage of not being hot in the Summer unless something unusual happens. But the beach in town is only OK. It is true that it is more interesting than Agadir. It used to be less touristy than it is now, but it is still more authentic than Agadir.
Can't help with the hotel in Agadir as I only stayed in apartments. Same in Essouira.
