There are sites you can check for exchange rates, for example - however the amount you will actually get will vary.

Most exchange rates change a little every working day but not by much.
When I was in Malaysia I found more little private money changers with their rates written out in pencil. A simple Google check will give you some rough ideas of he current rate but your actual rate will vary.
