I answered casino question in another post. Same answer for booze. Cambodia is cheaper than T'land. My friend Gordon likes his booze (daily) and moved from Pattaya to Phnom Penh. Cheaper prices on everything was his reason. Gordon then went down to S'ville for some beach and ended up staying. Been there over 10 years now. He now owns a small restaurant & bar in S'ville. covers my last visit.
