thailand november

November is a good time to go. I don't mind go back to Thailand again.

Some cheap fares at present (try KAYAK) so don't leave it too late and find out all the cheapies have gone. Fares can be cheaper on different days and if you don't pick a non stop flight.

Over 844,000 Brits visited Thailand last year so it is a well trodden route, with many of the people you come into contact with speaking some English, English signs everywhere, two English language newspapers, etc.

Bangkok is a massive shopping center with some sights and sites and more available as day trips. Up north it's cooler, you can do some trekking, etc. Down south are the beaches and some islands and which one you pick will depend on how touristy you want it.

You get 30 days visa free on arrival by flight (15 days by land), and each time you return. Or a 2 month visa from a Thai embassy.

Travel in Thailand is easy and a number of other Asian countries are within easy reach by budget flight, bus or train.

All different kinds of food are available there. Check a pharmacy/chemist to see if you ned any injections or tablets out there.

The biggest cost is your fare and extra weeks costs very little out there.

Asiarooms and many others have cheap accommodation. Price goes up as you approach your arrival time.

November is around the beginning of high season when many hotels start to raise their prices. If you need hotel advice you should mention how much you want to spend each night for a room. If you intend to stay longer than 30 days you will need a tourist visa. More tourists are in Thailand during November to late February than the summer months. Hotels nearer Christmas may be almost fully booked and more expensive too.

Buying a travel guide or borrowing one from a library or friend could be helpful. They usually tell you to wait until you get to Thailand to change your money over to Thai baht. Also they tell you some of the places to visit. If you are undecided on where to go you can't go too wrong with visiting Bangkok, Chiang Mai and a beach area.

Yeah im gonna be about in Thailand in November where u thinking of going in Thailand?

Avoid travel to the south of Thailand because it is storm season season for one month.
I recommend start in December to Mach ,it is the great time.

ENJOY YOUR TRIP
