Visiting STONEHENGE from Luton

Hi Folks

The only way really is to go into London and head out from there, one way or another. You could just about do it as a day trip by public transport if you set off early. The rail and bus tickets will cost about £60 in total. It might be more cost-effective to go to London first and take a day coach trip from there.

I would check out the National Express. They often have good bus solutions, and if you need to change bus maybe in London, they have some good offers for that. If you take the bus or the train to Salisbury from Luton, you can get on the Stonehenge express from there! The bus as far as I could see can cost as little as £30 from Luton to Salisbury....

You can also find some other options on how to get to Stonehenge at:

Good luck, and Stonehenge is for sure worth a visit!
