A friend of mine did some backpacking and a close friend of mine living in Argentina recently told me about all the backpackers she's met. I guess this really ignited my interest, knowing there are a lot of others doing what I want to do. Traveling like this is something I've been interested in for a long while and I do think I could handle it, but I'd just like some advice on how to get started. I'd like to travel with someone more experienced, is there anywhere to meet others? I just want to learn the tricks of the trade and all that business so really any response is helpful. Thanks guys
