Hi there,
Rike,
With just 5 days, I think you have to decide on either beach or Angkor Wat. Angkor will take 2 days to visit, transport from PP one day, transport back 1 day and you are out of time. Or head down to after you arrive in PP. 2 days of beach, back for 1 day sightseeing in PP and out. I don't think you have time for both. Forget hostels. You can have your own private room for under $10 in each city. Here is a for all things Cambodia. I am a veggie, so will pass on food advice.
I suggest you choose Angkor Wat. Indonesia has plenty of beaches, but does not have Angkor. Good luck with your planning.

They will sell you a visa on arrival, $20. Land or airport.
