hello all, im elliot, 23 from essex. im planning on travelling around australia this year, starting in sydney in october. havent got anyone to go with so im braving it and going alone. I cant wait but am a bit intimidated about going alone and would appreciate any pointers. im also open to the idea of a travel partner if anyone is travelling around the same time?

Hiii im flying out to brisbane to see family in September but then starting my travelling in October from Sydney so i will be around that time.
do you have any plans? i was thinking of travelling from sydney to cairns on the oz experience bus

My plan is to stay and work in Sydney from october to January and then move on up the east coast. Have thought about buying a car but am going to make my mind up out there dependant on cost. I think the majority of travellers are in Sydney for Xmas and new year. How long are you planning on spending in oz?

well my ticket is booked that i come back in March but if i have money no doubt ill stay out there longer... all depends on money tbh. yourself?
Also if i did have money id like to go to fiji and new zealand but all depends..
My sister went to Fiji. She said it was a beautiful country but apparently very boring. Obviously everyone is to themselves but I would recommend going there with a friend if u can. I'm staying in oz until April unless things change between now and then and then want to do a summer in Ibiza and out to Asia next winter, all dependant on money. Other than going to work I'm not planning on leaving my flat much to try and save as much as possible lol
i just got back from ibiza yesterday... was amazing, working out there will be crazy.
Yeh i need to seriously save, i was supposed to save since last November but didnt happen, and then i still went and booked ibiza and bestival, so now im panicing and may have to get a second job and have absolutely no life haha.
