Visas

Need to start looking now at sorting my Visas out, im not sure whom is best and offers the best service?

No one can give you any accurate advice when you fail to give any clue whatsoever regarding your nationality or destinations, but isn't it simple common sense to at least start your Visa research at the respective Embassies?

Cheers,
Terry

However, since 95%+ of all questions on this forum are about people going on a Working Holiday Visa, and since FOXPRESIDENT has filled in his profile showing that he's 30 and from the UK, you can make the reasonable assumption that the same goes for him.

In which case: Get it of Australia. Any other party would have to go through there as well, and would charge you for the privilege of filling in the same information you'd have to fill in here as well. (Or if you're going to New Zealand: .)

I think your assumption is spot on!

I was mainly wondering because with some of them they sort out your bank accounts and medi card etc.

All of those things are really easy to sort out yourself for free when there.

Just go straight to the embassy. A WHV should be about £170 but there are other companies that will fill out the form for you and charge you an extra £100 for the privelage. They do offer discount cards etc but it didn't seem worth it to me. Im pretty sure you can setup a free bank account anyway.

Yeah the advice here is spot on, all the major banking chains in Australia are set up to deal with foreigners on a WHV so the process is very simple just visit a nearby branch, however do it within the first month of arrival or the process becomes alot more complicated. I used ANZ, however there is multiple options.

Good luck.
