Who cares what you wear in bed?
Out of bed simply slip on a pair a shorts or something, no big deal.

If you are waving it around in the room, you will most certainly be asked to leave. If the hostel is on a shared system, you may also go into that system as a problem case and not be allowed in any of the other hostels on that system. If you are just trying to sleep nude and not being and exhibitionist about it, then no one will care.
if females are present here, definitely i will not exposed my private parts. but do you think, guys will also react if they find me completely nude before or after the bed or for a longer period, laying on bed uncovered?
in new york, last summer i stayed in a mixed room of a hostel for 3 nights. the room was full with only guys . there i found few guys (including me) were completely nude all the time in room. is it accepted in Spain or Italy?
Honestly, get your infatuation with being naked under control.
You're not in a private room, you're sharing a space with strangers so show some respect and manners towards others. No one needs to constantly see a stranger's junk dangling in their face while they're on vacation, especially people who may be from different cultures where nudity isn't common.
It's not complicated nor is it a big imposition to slip on a pair of shorts when you're in a shared space with others.
Get over it.

Yeah I don't think it's an issue if you're under some covers but it's probably inconsiderate to simply walk with your corporal and privates hanging out. in front of others. I would advise you to sleep on a layer when out of bed.

I guess the general concensus here is use your noodle, Travelling is all about diversity and cultural differences, what may be acceptable to you and your country/race/friends isn't always aceptable to others, this is an observation which should be undertaken everywhere including hostel dormitories.
I actually have been in a dorm with a Guy who was quite free with his personal expression, didn't bother me, but he was asked to cover up to avoid potential embarresment of other people, even though it was an all male dorm.
Cover up when in possible contact or interaction with others, stay free when in your own personal enviroment.

i will definitely respect others sentiment. i just wanted to know the average European sentiment.
i traveled a lot. i experienced different level of acceptance. once i stayed in a buddhist dormitory. there even shorts were not allowed.
but, in south india, i found guys always wear only underwear/ brief/ loincloth/ at hostel; but not nude. even in public area you may guys with only brief/ loincloth.
in kolkata, in male dorm, any one didn't bother with my nudity. indian guys are also very reluctant about their clothing infront of others.
in hawaii, where i live, we often remain complete nude in the male-only floor of our dorm.
i know, situation varies. i am ready to go with any kind of situation. but, if it is not awkward, then i prefer to remain nude while in room.
moumit. If you like being nude in a room, get a private room.
