Yes, September can be very hot. Some places have air conditioning but you have to pay extra though it's worth it as nights can be hot too.
As to all inclusive, Turkey has lots and lots of eating places with good food at reasonable prices.
I say this because Turkey also has lots of history and a number of good tours available to see it all. Even a few two day trips. People on AI tend to stay in their resorts and miss the lot.
No crowds about in September too and cheaper prices so lots better.
Have you seen the - a very useful website. I was in Turkey last fall, but only in Istanbul.
