Better to start from Senaru than Sambulan Lawang. It's cheaper, you can negociate more with the agency representative and finally give more tip to your guide. In 2007, we had a super guide called Arie which you can see here:. I recommand 3 D / 2 Nights for best experience (enjoy the lake, hot spring, climb to the top, get back not from the way you got up, etc.) Bring warm clothes it can be quite cold!
