Can some one please help me.i got a police caution for fraud they took my fingerprints, DNA, and I was bailed I went back to the police station 2days later was was spoken to by police officer it was not taped just written down I was in and out in 20mins.i have a ESTA which runs out in oct this year.the problem is and I'm so very ashamed of my crime is I have a family hol to the USA this year starting with a cruise from Miami.i can not tell my family due to the shame.upon reading this link I'm confused as to just apply for another ESTA.does my data go to the USA and will it flag up I don't want to spend 8 hrs on a plane worried to death.or do I go to the embassy in belfast or Cardiff.the only reason I don't want to go to London is nobody seems to get a visa.
DOES THE THE UK POLICE SHARE MY CONVICITION WITH THE USA THE SHAME OF BEiNG ARRSSTED IN THE US .
What is the best thing to do I went to the us in mar this year all ok but will this show up now.
Please pleas can any one offer advice or some one I could contact or have been in this situation them selfs.
