You have some options, you either take a bus to Charleroi station, and take the train to Brugge from there, or maybe more convienent, you take the bus to Brussels Midi station (confusingly enough in Dutch it is called Brussel-Zuid), and change to train there. That is correct.
Being there on time on Tuesday, might be a challange indeed.
There are busses going from Brussels every 30 minutes (and sometimes every 20 minutes):
There are trains going from Brugge to Brussel Zuid/Midi during the night, but to be safe, it seems to me, you need at least to take one around 4.50, getting you to Brussels at 5.55, which allows you to take the bus at 6.30 from Midi. (catching the one at 6.00 might be overstretching it)

cost for the train should be 13.50 EUR. (one way), no idea for the shuttlebus, as I would need to create an account first.)
