Hey travellers im Nikki and im a 25 year old girl from Essex.
Going to and travelling Australia is my dream and i plan on going on my own (as i don't have any friends that want or are in a position to do the same) either next year or the year after for a working holiday depending on how much i can save. Only thing is, im one of these people that has always struggled being on my own and have to have company to do anything or go anywhere. Its like a fear but I feel that now is the time I be brave & get out into that big wide world and follow my dream.
I have no real plans set in stone and not really sure where in Oz i want to aim for (will probably depend on jobs at the time) and i'm not sure whether to join and go with a company or just do it all myself, but id very much like a travel companion and someone to make plans and book with so I dont back out and change my mind when the fear of being on my own, lost, without a job and nobody to turn to on the other side of the world takes over! Ha
Im an outgoing, friendly, happy, young girl who's dream is working and travelling my way around the world and i'd very much appreciate any advice and/or hearing from somebody that's interested in being my travel companion
Hey im looking to go in Jan/Feb 2014. Im 20 from kent, out going and loves a laugh. When would u realistically get the money to go? say £3000 entry and flights and visa? Im just looking for a buddie to go with dont fancy doing it on me own as my friends cant afford it.
Thanks Mike

Unfortunately that's too early for me. Im looking at going more at the end of 2014 and i've got ALOT of saving to do. Realisticly, not a chance of saving it for jan/feb unless i win the lottery or I get a huge sudden promotion ha
Can you be flexible on dates?

Hey guys!
Haha Nikki, you pretty much described me with your post "one of those people who struggle on their own, much prefer a travel buddy".
I have been fretting over either Australia or America to do some travels.
The plan is to get a job over there, such as a daft bar job and explore the country!
Hi Maria!
When are you planning or thinking of going?
I'm happy to do any work...whatever i can get i'd be happy with to be honest. Id actually like to save as much as i can while im working out there so i can travel and do whatever/wherever I want for a couple of months without having to worry about money.
I plan on doing a year out there, obviously you're only allowed to work for a maximum of 6months so some saving would need to be done regardless...you got anywhere in particular in Oz in mind? x
Sounds good!
Nah, no where inparticular, as I'm just fairly new to the idea. As I am looking for a travel buddy first before actually making plans, so that I am open for other ideas!
But I'm one of those people who are stuck in a nine to five job, itching to go traverling! Haha
Ok brilliant, well if you decide that Australia is where you want to go and you're happy looking at going at the end of next year or the beginning of 2015 then let me know and we can do some planning and come up with some ideas
Im on fb if you want to add me...
Nikki Leigh Stephenson
Where are you from by the way? x
Hey Nikki
I am flexible at the moment because of saving I just want to go soon as I can but I have got a lot of saving to do when was you thinking of going ?
Mike x
Hey Mike,
Looking at it logically and sensibly, im going to have wait to go early-mid 2015...as much as id love to be going next year, its almost impossible for me to save that sort of money by then.
Is that too late for you?
