Hello guys n girls, I just been granted my visa and am looking to book my flights for the end of September, I'm thinking of starting in Sydney and doing the ultimate oz 5 day arrival package to get me settled in and meet fellow travellers, after that I'm hoping to get work ASAP, I'll probably stay in Sydney until after New Years though if possible, I'm looking to meet and chat with people that have similar plans or can suggest anything that will help me, I've never travelled alone before and by reading through older topics I can see I'm not the only 1, if you wanna chat then add me on Facebook https://facebook.com/tom.finn.9822, thanks, Tom

join the group Australia Backpackers 2013 (https://www.facebook.com/groups/Australianbackpackers2013/members/?order=default&query=Tom%20Finn) on facebook, theres lotsa people traveling alone and the group is helpful if you want any advice, to meet people or just support If you check out the Frequent topics of discussion there's a lot of information on Banks, insurance, Tax file number, jobs etc.
