Ok, I see where the problem is -- that specific trip was corrupted. What I mean by corrupted is that the positions recorded got messed up, so rather than starting at 1, they started at 0 went up to 2 and then skipped to 4. I think this might be due to removing the first stop or changing the order of the stops or something similar. I've fixed up those stop positions for you manually and am going to now see if I can find a way to stop it from happening in the future, or fixing itself if it does happen!
I think I found the problem that caused this and have fixed it now. Also cleared up 120 or so other trips that also had their positions messed up.
I can confirm... problem has gone!
