Its not aloud to sleep on beaches, you'll be asked to move, or go to your hotel, worst case(tends to be if caught more than once) you get deported. why not stay in a hostel or hotel?
Lots of young people go there with the same idea so the police are on the look out for rough sleepers.

There's an article here on which has some interesting information. Unfortunately, the specific laws for Balearic islands aren't included there. But from various accounts, it seems like most likely it's not allowed. You might be best off just booking a spot at a campsite.
