Hello Community,
Culture of self service laundromats is not popular in India. However you can find out dry cleaners and laundry people but then those are not self service and are costlier.
Its advisable that the families coming to India look out for service apartments or look for a furnished flat including a washing machine.
Hope it helps you.
Go to Google maps, search for Mumbai, type 'laundromats' into 'search nearby' & see what pops up.

Thank you both for your comments & suggestions. My team and I greatly appreciate it as we are trying to support our employee's families who are planning on coming to India later this year.

I know this is a old thread but:
Try 5ASec
Presco.
Also in every 'building' that you live in, a 'Dhobi' or traditional washerman comes, collects the clothes, washes/irons and returns the within two days. This service is better than a laundromat and cheaper. Plus you don't have to visit the laundry. Plus it provides local jobs.
Ditto theloststory.
No one uses a laundromat in India. Someone does it for you.
As the Relocation Manager have you ever even been to India?...
Cheers,
Terry
Yeah, google maps helps a lot when travelling..
