Cancellation

igivergara has indicated that this thread is about Boracay

Cancelling is something you do directly with the accommodation you booked (possible up to 48 (?) hours in advance, so you should still be fine). You should have only paid a 10% deposit through travellerspoint. That's non-refundable, I think, but the other 90% won't have to be paid.

*looks it up*

Yeah, when you make a booking, there's this text next to where you fill in your payment information:

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 Days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the full cost of the reservation. Deposits paid are non refundable.

If you have trouble finding contact information of the property to send the cancellation to, or have any other questions (or want official confirmation, since I'm just a member here on the forum, and could very well be wrong), use the and select "I have already booked accommodation through Travellerspoint" as your topic. That tends to be the best way to reach someone swiftly regarding these type of questions.
