Trip feedback? Europe 1

HI I am planning a trip around Europe in August/September this year and want the best, quickest, cheapest way to make our way around.

I'm travelling Europe in May- July this year with my boyfriend.
We did actually look at doing it on our own but, it was much cheaper to do a tour, as most of the food is included - would that be something you're interested in? Trains are definitely the way to go though, however don't rule out flying because at times it is cheaper and much faster. Do you have a rough schedule in your heads? Or doing it off your back?
Also The Byron Hotel in London is amazing, a good location and has breakfast that is delicious ... And included!

Thanks kayla, I have looked at a few flights also and will include them where train journey is too long. Which tour company do you recommend so I can have a look but I doubt they will be going to the same places we want to visit. Will check out London hotel thanks

We actually chose Trafalgar in the end, as it went to all the small towns that no other tour provider visits. That's the very reason we chose a tour. We are actually doing 2 tours, so could be something worth looking into.
