What other possible answer is there except to re-apply for a new Visa and see what happens?

You can't get a Visa upon arrival, you have to apply in advance. If you're truthful on the application and you're granted the Visa then no problems. If you lie on the Visa then of course big problems.
Your post is difficult to understand but I assume you're trying to return before your 5 year ban is complete? You have to be truthful about that on the new application. Chances are 99% that you'll be denied entry, but who knows.
