Going on a higher Altitude you can't have a pillion ride on your pulsar since you will have a ruck sack... its better to have a Enfield, than anyother 150 CC + vehicles....
Search about the area.. I hope you're not going as wanderer and have your routes fixed as well along with the stays and stops....
You need more planning rather than jus finding a travel buddy for the trip...

Travelling from delhi to leh will be an enriching experience. But it will also be very tiring. I'l suggest you take a bike on hire from manali and then proceed further to leh.
