Hi all,
I don't think travellerspoint wants to take any part in explicitly finding ways to circumvent the law, here, and Australia is notoriously strict with visa violations, so I really wouldn't risk going that route.
Can I recommend looking at New Zealand instead, which has its own ? New Zealand totally deserves exploring for a year in its own right, and is of course close by enough that you can hop over to Australia as just a tourist for a couple of months to see some more sights.

Don't go for any wrong doings like fake documents, bribery or lies etc.
Just get a visa for New Zealand or other nearby country if you wish and then get back the Australian Visa after a month or so. I think it is the legal way of doing 2nd time visa.
You can go to an Australian embassy and see what they have to say.
I watch Border Security on DMax which is about the Australian immigration service and they are very hot. People lying to them or using fake documents normally end up on the next plane back home.
New Zealand is a great country. Why not give it a try?
