Hey,
I have visited both and preferred Stockholm. I thought it had the better restaurants and more interesting things to see and do. It's also a more attractive city - Gamle Stan, the old town in Stockholm is gorgeous. Copenhagen does have some great restaurants too though but I actually found it a little dull overall.
I'd find it hard to choose between them. Copenhagen has Tivoli gardens going for it, so for me slightly edges it - and personally I'd rate Oslo a bit higher than either.
