I am currently in Puerto Vallarta but it's not really what I'm looking for. Can anyone help with suggestions of quieter places along the Pacific coast. I want to try and find somewhere that feels more Mexican, some accomodation that's a bit more rustic, and cheaper!, just spend some time swimming, snorkelling, reading, chilling.
I know it's a busy time of year so I'm struggling to find accommodations, or should I just go somewhere and hope that there's something available in my budget?
Any help gratefully received.
