You are completely underestimating distances.
Passage from Athens to some popular Greek islands alone takes 10 hours and more. That is one-way.
From Athens to Cairo by boat, bus and train takes several days, travelling time from Cairo to Luxor is 6-10 hours.

Due to the prices involved it is usually cheaper and faster to fly Istanbul-Cairo.
As Maria says, what you're proposing is completely impossible, so you'll need to rethink it.
Even if you manage to reach Cairo from Greece (in spite of such moving seems very doubtful to me) - you can't just visit Luxor in few hours cause it's another city quite far from Cairo down the Nile
