Which island to go in SE Asia in early Sep?

I've done some research on this, it says it's gonna be raining a lot in most of islands, e.g. islands in Thailand and Malaysia. Is Bali the only option?

if u like adventure try visit flores island, east nusa tenggara. indonesia
and u can chose lombok island if u not sure about bali.

happy travelling

Co To Viet Nam in the North or Nha Trang, Da Nang, Mui Ne in the south of Viet Nam is the good choice for vacation. Co To Viet Nam is a peaceful and untouched beaches which is so smooth and white sandy. Co To is a new famous destination in Viet Nam. It is considered as Boracay in PHilippines.
-snip-hope you enjoy!

LLQ,
I think you have done your research. VN, Tland, Malaysia are all very wet in Sept. Bali, Lombok should be your best option if you want beach weather. Good luck with your planning.

Here in the Philippines you can visit Linapacan Island, Palawan, the clearest water. you can dive, snorkel and all kind of water sports. Plus the tours are affordable.

Great diving in the P.I. but Sept. is right in the middle of rainy & typhoon season. Bali-Lombok is a better bet for beach weather in Sept.

June to November may be the rainy season in the Philippines. but i have traveled around Cebu, Davao City, Samal island, Cagayan de Oro and Camiguin during the months of June, August, September and November. Fortunately, I have only experienced the rains for a few hours in Camiguin. maybe it's luck since i get to buy my air tickets about 1 year or 6 months before my trip so i don't get to check weather's predictions when purchasing my tickets.

if you really must travel to SEA during September, be ready to get wet but during this time, choose areas that are less prone to typhoons - you might want to consider Palawan (El Nido, Busuanga, Puerto Princesa) and Davao (Davao City, Samal Island).

enjoy!

It's rubbish the weather in Thailand in September is generally great down south. I was there last September and while Bangkok was pouring rain the islands we're clear blue skies, pretty much every day!!!! It's super cheap because it's tourist low season but there is still heaps and heaps of backpackers to party away with. The only tourists you see less of are fat Russian men sun baking in phuket !!!! Go for it you'll be glad you went in September !!!
