for the trip to Viet Nam, lao, cambodia, this time is the summer time so you should prepare sun cream and cream for anti-insect. btw, the expenditure is not expensive there so i think you can take the sleeping bag at home.
in july, you can visit the North of Viet Nam such as Ha Giang, Ba Be lake, Co To island,...these destinations is great for trekking and suitable for those who love exploring new destinations.
