I backpack a bit upscale with private room/bath, decent restaurants, luxury buses or private shuttles when available and I love a good bar/club and I can get by in Colombia fairly easily on $75/day with money left over from normal expenses.
A budget backpacker sleeping in dorms could I think quite easily get by on less than half of that and still have a pretty good time.

Lucia already made it clear she's not much of a party girl so it's a moot point.
