90 Days In Europe.

with 90 days spent traveling Europe what 90 period would you recommend to achieve these 3 goals:

youre dreamin. Pamplona is in June/July ... crowds are in June or July. You will have to make some sacrifices.

You will have to make some sacrifices.

thats understood, in fact i stated that. im just wondering how i can get the best BALANCE of all 3 things listed. of course its impossible for me to avoid crowds during major events. but while in europe where else can i enjoy myself that may not be so crowded and which 90 day period could i achieve all 3 things.

Although San Fermin is the most known bull running festival, lot of town and villages across Spain hold a Running with the Bulls during their local festivals (90% of them take place during summer).

As for the weather, I'd say it depends a lot on the countries you're planning to visit. Here in Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece and other Southern Europe countries, you'll find nice weather from April-May to September-October. But if you want to go to the UK, Germany, Poland, Scandinavia, etc, I'd say June-July-August would be a safer choice.

If you want to avoid crowds, I wouldn't recommend July-August.

I think you should make a list (or even better, a timeline) of the events you'd like to see and start working from that.

AdamRush,

As for your trip, i think it will be hard to avoid crowds if you want to see all the main attractions, but after they finish maybe venture out of the cities into the country side.

I am leaving end of May, just getting a Eurail Global pass and using this for 3 months to see as much of Europe i can!!

Start in Spain i cant wait..

I agree with dme probably work off a list of things you would like to see.

Mid April - Mid July... Better leave today...
