What sort of clothing does a teenage boy in south Germany need? What do you wear indoors vs outdoors and how do you manage the temperature change? That is how do you manage walking to school in the cold and then being indoors where I assume it is warm for the day?? Are snow boots worn by teenagers at school? What about types of coats ie down puffer jackets ..... We are from New Zealand and do have cold weather but we're not sure about how to manage things. Do people actually wear thermal leggings? Would welcome some practical advice thanks
Not really a lot of difference between north and south Germany (unlike NZ). In winter, Germany can have temperatures below -20.C and deep snow in places, so allowing for the worst, some very warm clothing. Inside just take such clothing off.
