this is the website, you can book your tickets here if u have a debit/credit card.Trains are available to Goa from major Indian cities - Delhi, Mumbai,Bangalore & Kolkata.
No it isnt possible through that site. You need an indian mobile and as i live in the UK this isnt possible. Wanted the Mandovi express from Mumbai to Goa

You could always wait until you get to India - unless you're there during some festival, you're bound to be able to get a place on one train or another. At least check on the above-mentioned site to see what the fare should be so that your agent doesn't take some monstrous commission ...
