I am planning a trip to MP at the and of November. I want to see Arequipa too. How do you expect the weather will it be rainy and cold? and can i find safe and clean places to stay with my baby and wife? What is the cost of visiting MP? thank you!!

november is not the rainy season, little or no rains, but yes, veeery cold. Cusco is at 3400/3700 meters high.
Perú is a safe country, no problems to travel and there is plenty of clean places. In Cusco I would recommend the hotel Arqueologo because I know and I was there.
The price to enter Machu Picchu was one year ago like 60 usd. This does not include Wayna Picchu (its like 30 usd more and you need good legs and no vertigo) Xd.
With a baby, you wont go by van and walking, you need to take a train. November is low season no problems. Train cost , well from Cusco (not exactly Cusco, a bit out you'll get all infos there) is the more expensive, can be 500 usd for luxury train) If I remember well cheapest was around 300 usd round trip. There is also a way to go to Ollantaytambo by van then train, I am not sure your baby will enjoy the van trip...
