i'm egyptian and i have business bulgarian visa and i want to cross the borders to greece for tourism .do i need visa to greece? and if i need it can i have it on border?

I am sure you do need a Visa and doubt very much that you can get it at the border.
You should check with the Greek Embassy or Consulate in Bulgaria or Egypt.
Yes you're crossing into the Schengen Area when you enter Greece from Bulgaria, you'd need to get a Schengen Visa from a Greek Embassy as the previous poster said. Once inside Schengen you can travel throughout the zone but you need to apply to Greece if that's your main destination.
