Italy - Top to Bottom

Hi guys!

Beware of pickpockets in Naples;-)

Hws Italy in Winters... whts the temps like?

In the south its around 5-15 C. But in the northern Italy is too cool in December.

Florence?

Ciao,
your itinerary is very interesting.
Can i help you with some advise?
Start in Milan and spend 3 days there, not in Verona. Verona is a beautiful city, but you can visit it in one day. Three days are so much.
Lake Garda OK: you can visit Sirmione, Lazzise, Riva Del Garda, Limone Del Garda and Desenzano. Very beautiful in winter, with christmas lights everywhere.
Venice, of course !!!
Bologna and Parma... uhm... 6 days? Maybe too much. You coulkd jump them and go at once to Cinque Terre, wonderful !!! You will be very close to Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino.
You can visit Pisa in less than 6 hours. Then, you can visit Lucca. (why not Florence?)
Rome, of course !!!
OK Naples, but remember to visit Costiera Amalfitana. Lovely !!!
Pescara and Catanzaro... uhm.... if you're visiting italy for the first time, save your time and fly at once in sicily. Catania (Etna), Siracusa (and nearby) and Palermo (and nearby). Then visit the isles of Favignana and Marettimo.

Hope you will enjoy your time here....

Ciao !!!

I'd go in a warmer period and I wouldn't leave Tuscany out!

I'd postpone that trip, if I were you. But if you can't, then I advise you to focus on the south. Rome, Naples, Capri, Amalfi Coast.
