I am a male 23 year old from the northeast of England I am planning to travel to Thailand in January 2015 for 2-3 months. I am looking for other people travelling around this time to potentially travel with. If anyone has any travelling advice eg routes to take and places to go then that would be appreciated.
We will be in Thailand in December and January Two girls from the UK, starting in the South/islands and working our way up Do you have any idea of cities/towns you want to visit? Ami
I haven't planned any type of route yet but a couple places id like to visit is Ko samet, Phucket, Ko Phi Phi. I definitely want to go to the South islands as well. However I'm going for at least 2 months so I'll be travelling as many places as possible. Do you have a plan of where your going to travel?
I have a list of places I want to see but no real plan at the moment! We are having a weekend in Sept to plan a bit more I think as we live a few hundred miles apart so its a bit more difficult at the moment!
Want to go to Phi Phi, and some islands around that area/ Krabi area. Id like to go to little koh chang and koh phayam if we have time too. Then then Bangkok and Chiang Mai of course (thinking of BK for NE maybe) Kanchanaburi, Chaing Rai, and we want to stay in a National Park near Chiang Mai too. We will be there for about two months max I think.

I'm flying into Bangkok on the 12th Jan, first solo trip! When do you fly in? You sticking just to Thailand or heading to any other countries?
I am booking my flight at next month so don't have the exact date yet but will be a similar time. Depending on money I wqs hoping to travel to Cambodia and Vietnam as well. Do you have a particular route planner. I haven't even looked into getting a visa yet im not sure how it works, going to get it all sorted asap
I'm not too sure of a route yet, thinking maybe go south first do all the island then go to Chiang mai then across to laos, Vietnam then end in cambodia! Not going to plan that much just see what happens! Thailand you get a free 30 day visa when you arrive by air and then if you leave and come back get another 15 days! Vietnam is the only one you need before you go!
Alright guys I'm flying to Thailand on jan 29th going to koh phangan for full moon and then onto koh phi phi and then onto Australia! Anyone doing similar ?
