I used the mobile site and Aurigma two years ago to upload photos. Haven't used since then. Now using and it seems to be uploading until it almost completes the upload then I get a timed out message. Any clues to what I am doing wrong?

Can you try the regular uploader instead? It should actually work on your mobile device now. This is found via Control Panel > Upload Photos.
