As topic. I saw some people liked my post of my blog next to the fb icon. But can I check who liked ?

As per the nature of Facebook, you would really only see this if you were friends with the people who liked it and it showed in your News Feed. I also believe that when you share it on Facebook yourself and your friends like that post, those likes contribute to the counter that appears on your blog.
If you share it on FB, all the interactions on FB will count towards it - every Like, Comment or Share will add to the tally of "Likes" on the button that shows on your blog.
But yeah, no real way of knowing who the likes are from when you're looking at the button on the blog.
