Hainan is very far from Beijing, there are 2 main airports, one in Haikou another in Sanya. With only 10 days , only go to Sanya with around 4 days is the most.
China air traffic always delay. Actually, it is not worth to spend 1-2 days in transit between 2 cities if you are round trip.

I totally Agreed .10 days are not enough for visit this two other places.so you have to visit near by place for enjoy your trip.
Yunan is also a beautiful palace. Hunan's jiuzhaigou also wonderful!
