I'm a lonesome traveller celebrating new years in New York. I just realised New York is extremely big and I don't know a soul. Will anyone of you be there to bring 2011 in? Where will you be staying?
I'm in the NYC area from Christmas until New Years Day every year with my wife, 22 years-old son and my in-laws. My wife and I will be flying back home this year, however, on December 31st--prior to the big New Year's Eve celebration. But if you want to meet up in NYC earlier that week on either December 26th or 27th, I (or my wife and I) can show you (and any of your travel mates) around town (as I/we have previously for other Travellerspoint NYC Christmas visitors).
Maybe some other local (or travelling) travellerspoint members will post on here and we can make it more of a party group thing. Any takers?
