First things, first:
You need to know that the Pacquiao vs Bradley fight is going to be shown on a "pay-per-view" basis on Showtime TV. This means that a small town like Cocoa Beach is unlikely to have it at a local sports bar unless they pay an extra fee and advertise as such.
Accordingly, your best bet is either to drive to Orlando, where you can undoubtedly find a large sports bar (either downtown or in the Disney Paradise Island area--or possibly at the ESPN zone restaurant) that will be showing this event--or else book a hotel that you know carries "Showtime" as one of their TV channels (search something like the Best Western chain and verify with the hotel via email that they have Showtime on their lineup--tell them you want to see this fight).
