This has happened a few times. I post something, decide to edit the post and it is flagged as 'under review'. Obviously nobody has read it as it is minutes old. What happened? Mike
Hi Mike, we built in some extra automatic protection to help curb some of the automated spam that occurs from time to time in the forums. I've noticed that you've triggered it a few times now, which should of course not be happening. As far as I was aware, someone with your amount of posts should never even see their posts be checked, so clearly a bug there somewhere! Sorry about that
Hey Mike! It's happened to me also, though modbot seem to have recognized me now. I know Sam and Peter are working on this little bug. It's annoying and several other regular members have been flagged. If it happens again, contact Admin or the Mods for that forum to have them removed.
I'll keep an eye on that naughty bot on the Asia forum for you Mike!
Lol, it just flagged one of my posts too, so this bug is clearly present and makes no distinctions between the ranks!!

Mike, did you happen to edit your post? Peter re-looked over the code and couldn't find any reason for this happening, but then I recalled it didn't happen for me until after I made an edit. It would make sense if it's upon editing that somehow the mechanism for not checking gurus like yourself is left out...

Yes I did try to edit. I looked at my post, saw a word misspelled and tried to correct it. That is what triggered the 'under review'. Mike
