Hi..am travelling to Florida in 4 weeks for hol of a lifetime,taking kids to Disney..think is my boyfriend has a gbh conviction from nearly 4 years ago...we know its too late to apply for a visa and stupidly dis not even think about it...read so many things on here about people just saying no on esta form and walking straight through...also what info does your passport hold....i saw one mam on here had 26 convictions,spent 4 years in prison and clears customs everytime...4 times this year...should we take the chance???
Bearing in mind all the talk on , Ask yourself two questions.
1. Am I really going to take the advice of anybody on this forum?
2. Why am I asking what "WE" should do, when it is my boyfriend who will have to lie to the US immigration people?
Here's a site that gives a lot of good information on the new requirements--and on how the authorities catch people who do lie on their esta forms.
What your boyfriend does is up to him--but I agree that you personally shouldn't have a problem if you decide to come and bring children with you.
