Caxton is a really good card. We used it while travelling America and you can take money out charge and interest free from the majority of major banks. Only got charged a lot from Vegas

Have you thought about setting up a Norwich and Peterborough Building Society Account? That's what I use and it's free withdrawals etc abroad and they don't charge you.. And the online banking is good and shows you the conversion rate.. Just a thought.
